Properties: Very soluble in acetone,benzene,chloroform,carbon disulfide,ethanol,slightly soluble in gasoline,insoluble in water,and nontoxic,with the relative density of 1.09.
Use: This product is a commonly used rubber antioxidant with protecting effect against heat, oxygen and flex fatigue. It also can resist weather and ozone oxidation. It dose not affect sulfuration and can be easily dispersed in rubber materials. It is applicable to natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers for the manufacture of tyres, internal tyres and other industrial rubber products. Moreover, it can be used as the stabilizing agent for the synthetic rubber.This product has polluting performance, and cannot be applied to products exposed to lights, and white or colored products.The dosage is 1-2 parts, commonly used with other antioxidants.
